You'll see all kinds of wildlife and have excellent fishing opportunities on the canal while being minutes from the beautiful town of Lakewood and the Jamestown Comedy Center. There is a 40 ft dock that has direct access to the lake. The fishing is excellent all year long, if you send us pics we can post them on the wall of fame! On the deck is 2 Kayaks, a paddle boat, and an outdoor Hot tub for your enjoyment!! Inside there is an enclosed sunroom with beautiful views to watch the wildlife and a large living room. This is the perfect all season spot to unwind on the lake!
The house will comfortably sleep 8, There is a queen bedroom, a Full bedroom, 2 single beds in room 3, and a queen pull out couch in the living room. The property can accommodate up to 3 cars (oversized vehicles and trailers can park at Loomis bay park next door) . We allow pets at a 50/stay per pet no more than 2. This is a fully furnished home with Central heat and Air Conditioning. It has a full-size washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. We have high speed internet and a Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney Plus, and Apple TV. There is a fire pit and seating for 4, firewood is included with your stay (be reasonable with usage). Just sit back, relax, and enjoy everything Chautauqua lake has to offer
