This is a private apartment below the main house which has its own entrance and outdoor flower and herb garden. Our family (including two kids, a dog and 2 cats) lives above and we are respectful of your privacy. The apartment is well equipped with a dining table and 4 chairs, two bar stool chairs, a comfortable queen size bed, living room with queen sized futon & flat screen 50 inch TV with cable and Netflix. You have your own private bathroom with shower/jet tub and plenty of fresh towels and sheets. If you have a fifth guest, there is a blow up mattress available. If you are looking for an unique space that is charming and full of history but also part of a vibrant, creative community you will enjoy staying with us!
Your apartment is a 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the heart of downtown Asheville. We are on the transit route and Uber and taxis are easily available as well.
