Our little cozy cottage is on the same property as the main house but just around the corner on the side street. It is perfectly set up for one or two guests, is completely private, fully fenced and gated. You can come and go as you please. There is ample street parking in a very safe, secure, highly desirable neighborhood known as the Western Avenue District. Secure lock box on front door contains house key. Code is reset after each guest.
Located about two minutes from I-44 and I-235 with quick and easy access to Hefner Parkway and the Kilpatrick turnpike. Downtown is a fast ten-minute drive. Vintage Coffee is within walking distance, as are numerous restaurants and shops along Western Avenue. If weather permits and you have good shoes, you can even hoof it to the Paseo Arts District! That area is chock full of artist galleries, shops and quirky eateries. Enjoy!

While we do our best to make sure critters stay outside where they belong, it is possible you may encounter one or two in the home during your stay. We keep bug spray under the kitchen sink for such encounters. We do not offer refunds because of bugs. Bugs happen. Everywhere. All the time. Just like where you live! Kill the fly or spider or shoo it back outside and enjoy the rest of your day.
