Welcome to our home, a cozy stay in a safe quiet, walkable cul de sac neighborhood. Situated in a Evans Georgia it is a 30 minute drive to downtown Augusta and the Augusta National, but situated close to shopping centers and restaurants in the Evans area. While we are working on upgrades to make the home and yard more attractive, it is a pet friendly place with a fenced yard. We specifically made efforts to purchase supportive and comfortable memory foam mattresses and a hybrid mattress in the master bedroom. The master suite is a highlight of the home with a large walkin closet and en suite bathroom with separate shower and large jetted garden tub. The home has a full, stocked kitchen and laundry room, and the garage will be available after January 2024.
The living room boasts comfortable reclining couches and the sunroom is fully furnished with an additional flat screen TV for an additional relaxing or entertaining space. Wireless high speed internet is of course included.
Riverwood shopping center is a convenient 5 minutes away. Lady A amphitheater and Evans Town Center Park and the Columbia County Library are 10 minutes away.
