Step outside to complimentary seasonal boats, a private dock, fire pit, and lakefront just steps from your door. Walk into town for cafés, shops, and the farmers market, or take a short drive to Lake Placid, Whiteface Mountain, Keene, and the High Peaks. Guests also enjoy a private deck with grills and seating, plus direct lakefront access.
Note: the lakefront sits across from Route 86, so sound carries over the water. Light traffic and boat noise are common, but many guests feel it’s a small trade-off for the convenience of this walkable location.

• The ice is never safe to walk on.
• Wear life jackets at all times when boating.
• No boating or swimming between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Boats and water equipment are not available during this time.
• In winter, use 4-wheel drive and snow tires—do not drive down the hill without them.
• Surfaces may be slippery in winter; property is not wheelchair accessible.
