Enjoy your stay in our cozy, yet spacious, standalone townhome located within minutes from the Airport, and 20 minutes or less from any other popular Nashville locations. Close enough to get in on the action but far away and secluded enough to still get some much needed sleep! Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, this charming spot will be your home away from home and a warm welcome to our wonderful city. The space
We have plenty of room to host a small to medium sized family.
Downstairs:
- Open floor plan perfect for entertaining.
- Living room has seating for 5-6 and a Smart TV loaded with streaming apps
- Kitchen has fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher. It's also stocked with utensils, dishes and complimentary coffee, tea and creamer.
- Half bath and coat closet
- Air mattress located in ottoman
- The back door opens to a small patio with seating and view of the woods.
Upstairs:
- Each bedroom is spacious with vaulted ceilings, full private bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Bedrooms are at opposite sides of the house for optimal privacy.

Full access to all rooms and patio. No access to garage.
Other things to note
One car can be parked in the driveway, other cars can be parked in any open space around the complex. No parking in the street. They’re strict about it and are known to tow. Keyless entry with front door keypad. There’s a ring doorbell so we can communicate if there’s any issues. Also we stay very close by and are available to take calls at any time.
