This cottage holds a special history, originally serving as a working waterfront for a local lobsterman and later becoming a beloved family retreat after it was purchased by Beverly and Cecil Lilly in the 1970s. Named "The Lilly Pad" by Beverly due to her fondness for frogs, the cottage has been a cherished gathering spot for generations. Inside, you'll find unique touches that tell the family's story, including a bluefish painting by Daniel, the eldest grandson and current owner of the home, who helped his grandfather create it at just 3 years old. These personal touches add a heartfelt warmth to this seaside home.
