Directly on beautiful Tripp Lake. This cottage offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. Good sized patio deck with BBQ grill, gravel (smokeless) fire pit area, space for yard games, or just laying out in the hammock or lawn furniture. The house comes with (2) kayaks, inflatable tubes and raft. Tripp lake is known for its amazing fishing. The home is a full service year round rental. Enjoy the lake during the warmer months right into the ice fishing season. Hiking and snowmobiling trails. Come and work remotely with the wifii accessibility.
The house has (2) bedrooms, full eat in kitchen, comfy cozy living room with dining room table upstairs over looking the water front. (2) queen sized beds, twin bunk bed with trundle, and pull out sofa. The house also has a pack and play and activity mat for an infant.
End of the season (early to mid fall) we remove the dock for the winter to avoid damage.
Please be aware of the following:
Our driveway is located directly off route 11 which is a high traffic road (45 mph zone). Please be careful pulling in and out of the driveway also be cautious if you have children on site. We have installed a lock/latch at the very top of the interior of the main and rear door to not allow smaller children to unlock the door for safety concerns.
The driveway can fit a boat trailer (approx 20' in length) as well as approx 3 other vehicles
The road can be busy and loud during the day when in the front of the house and trucks can be heard inside the house. While in the back by the lake it is less of an issue due to a fence and drop in elevation.
