Resort amenities abound. This cozy cottage is steps away from the clubhouse and fun. Two pristine hot tubs, sparkling year around heated pool.
Clubhouse offers pool tables, laundry, restrooms including beautiful handicap sized showers with generously sized adjacent private dressing area. You will want to float in the pool all night and star gaze. The night views are breathtaking!
Park also offers ice and water for sale, tire air compressor (free) and car/boat wash station also free.
One Bedroom, one Sleeping loft & one bath. Extra restrooms available just steps away in the clubhouse.
Verde West has a lovely quiet atmosphere for those guests who want to enjoy the Colorado River for and the desert but be away from the party atmosphere.
Popular spot for snowbirds but a great well kept secret for anyone who wants a lovely serene place in the desert.
Wintertime activities include shuffleboard & many clubs in the community, wate aerobics at the pool. Step right outside your door for hiking, no need to drive anywhere.
Summertime offers all the river activities, beaches, swimming and great fishing all year around. No boat necessary with the beautiful beaches and dock fishing available on the river as well as Lake Havasu.
Nearby water launching, close to golf course & casino. Near both the towns of Parker AZ & Lake Havasu City.
Home has all the comforts you would need for long or short term stays.

Parking for one vehicle under carport & room for your boat or jet skis the next street over on the "desert side" of Verde West.
This desert oasis cottage is directly across from the river & while there is no private launch or beach you are half a mile from River Island for closest launching and there is also free launching at take out point at the Parker Dam for Lake Havasu less than two miles up.
River Island, Buckskin Park, the casino beach and launch (with wakeboard island, beautiful beach and launch) all nearby.
Take a leisurely walk right outside your door.
Can sleep four adults double occupancy. More than 4 adults must be okayed by owner and a small fee may apply.
Families with children may sleep 2 adults, 3 children. Please communicate with owner before booking if there are more than listed above.

Please note there are HOA rules that keep the park quiet & nice and we do expect renters to be aware of them and follow them. Failure to follow the rules may result in forfeiture of your damage deposit you being asked to leave early.
Security camera is on premises located in interior window sill pointed out towards the parking and entrance doors.
Any evidence of pets on premises without pet cleaning fee including pet hair, local property manager seeing pets, or pets on premises caught on the security camera will forfeit entire deposit. WE LOVE PETS, doggies and kitties, and we accept pets with a small extra cleaning fee. We strive for cleanliness at our home and try to keep it clean enough so people with pet allergies can stay as well.
We need an exact head count of guests. Failure to do so may also forfeit your deposit. We can and are flexible at our discretion in many circumstances, and we understand longer term guests may have an occasional overnight guest but communication is key.
Verde West is a close knit quiet community, many visitors have been staying at this special place since it was first established in the 1990s & we think you will love it too! While many occupants are over 55 all ages are welcome but all HOA rules must be respected.
Please keep noise to an acceptable level and no parties or outside guests allowed. Quiet hours in the park are 10PM-7AM
No outside guests in pool area, only rental occupants and no pool "parties".
Quiet enjoyment is required.
Any children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool.
Please respect all pool rules including times of use, no running, no smoking at the pool and no food.
Currently pool times are from 7AM to 10PM but refer to posted rules in case of any changes. Beverages are allowed in a non glass container.
No smoking in the unit whatsoever, only outside.
Please take all trash to the dumpster before leaving.
Temporary parking only in front of the clubhouse but there is room for your vehicle under the house carport, please no backing in.
For trailer/boat parking please use area just off the road on the desert side of the RV park.
Please pick up all pet waste and walk your pets in the desert area. Pets are not allowed on the grass in front of the clubhouse.
Please do not change Netflix or amazon accounts on the TVs.
Any perishable food or beverages must be cleaned out of the home upon leaving.
Spices, condiments, etc are for the guests use.
Any complaints from the HOA about renter behavior may result in your damage deposit being not refunded or you being asked to vacate or both.
Pets are welcome with pet fee and need to be walked in designated pet areas, please keep them off the grass.
There is a security camera on premises placed inside a window facing out.
AED machine located in clubhouse.
Home is located in a canyon, next to the river. Cell service is acceptable but sometimes spotty. I suggest connecting your cell to the wifi then under settings enable wifi calling.
When you are at the pool the clubhouse has its own wifi as well with the password next to the office.
There is a landline emergency phone next to the pool.
