Enjoy serenity in this cute 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool with spa home, in a quiet HOA neighborhood. Nestled in the desert, one can hear nature instead of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This home has everything you need for your next vacation. We have a king sleep number mattress with adjustable frame to find that perfect sleep position. There is also a 65" smart TV in the master bedroom. The living room has (4) recliners to lay back and enjoy a movie on the 85" smart TV. In the family area, we created a small workspace for those who have to travel and work. There is also a sectional with a queen sleeper sofa. All extra linens are in the bedroom closets. We have stocked the kitchen with everything we know we enjoy when traveling. Outside is your desert serenity as the pool waterfalls flow. Come relax, lounge, BBQ and unwind in this perfect paradise. The hot tub can be heated for an extra per day charge of $50. We will schedule the temperature and time you want the heater and air bubbles on. It is all controlled by app on my phone.
If you need a chef or shopping service, we even know some we can refer you too.
The garage is 28' boat deep. All trailers will have to be detached and put in garage! NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREET from Midnight to 6 am. NO BOAT/Trailers allowed to be parked in drive MUST be able to fit in garage. We guarantee you will find a friendly note and we will get the $100 fine which will be sent to you! Garage door is 7' x 16'
We also allow dogs for a fee.
This home is far away from the hustle of Laughlin and perfect for those dark skies yet only minutes to Laughlin, Community Park, Katherine's Landy and Davis Camp. Conveniently off the parkway with easy access anywhere. If you love the dirt, there is a trail that is right by the home.
We have also started a guided tour company for those who don't want to rent the toys and figure out where to go or just want to be chauffeured through the desert. All information will be listed in our house manual.
Spa can be heated for $50 a day with just a call or text to me. We will agree on a temperature and time to schedule for you!
