Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms apartment in the historic Memphis Merchants’ & Cotton Exchange Building, located in the heart of Downtown, next to Court Square Park! Our fully furnished apartment offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, and affordability with flexible and affordable weekly and monthly rates. Our prime location puts you in walking distance of the city's top attractions including Beale Street, the Bass Pro Pyramid, and the National Civil Rights Museum.
There’s no parking on premises, but public street meters and several paid parking garage & lots just steps away (within 1-2 blocks). Check-in is fast and easy.

REGULAR CHECK IN:
To check in, please show the front desk attendant your government ID. You will then sign in on the iPad located at the front desk. The front desk attendant will give you physical keys to the apartment. The front desk stays open until 11 pm, 7 days a week.
IMPORTANT: If someone else is checking in on your behalf, please send a message through the Airbnb app with their FULL name, otherwise they will NOT be able to pick up the keys.
EARLY CHECK-IN:
Check-out time is at 11am so as soon as the previous guest checks out, I will get it cleaned. I will prioritize it but cannot guarantee it. In the meantime, you’re welcome to store your luggage at the office — lots of places to eat are within walking distance (see my guidebook). Please follow up with me again on the day of arrival, so I can let you know the status on the hour.
AFTER HOURS ARRIVALS:
For after hour check-in please notify us the day of arrival.
If you arrive after 11 pm, you will check in with the overnight courtesy officer. Enter throuhh the Second Street Foyer, access code is 7878# - turn LEFT and KNOCK on the door in the corner. Courtesy Officers sit in the office with the lights off (sometimes), monitoring the common area camera’s, so make sure to KNOCK! They are on staff until 7am, so you can check in at any time at night.
Parking
The apartment does not have parking available, as it is a historic building without a garage. There are plenty of parking options, however!
(1) Metered Street Parking: Street parking meters run 8 am- 6pm and cost $1.50/hour (free on Sunday & holidays). If you find a spot near the building, it’s free from 6pm to 8am everyday.
(2) Premium Parking Garage:
- 21 South Second Street (next to building): $26/ day. Can pay per license plate online.
(3) Parking Lot: there is a large parking lot right across the building. It offers hourly and daily parking. The daily cost is $15/day. Central parking is located at 157 Court Avenue
