GUIDELINE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL
You will be able to collect the keys to your apartment, close by in a shop in the area. Let us know of your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance so that we can notify you. You will receive a message the day before or hours before your arrival, with the address of the business.For arrivals from 11:00 p.m. you can collect the keys for free at our outside ticket offices located on the facade of the HOLPLACE office in Plaza Mayor. If you arrive before 15:00 pm, you can leave your lugagge with a 30% of discount in our HOLPLACE office in Plaza Mayor located in Calle Fresa 1, 28012 Madrid (metro SOL), or you can request an early check-in for 25 euros. Both services depend on availability, ask us!
Before your arrival we will need to verify your data to comply with local laws, as well as sign the relevant contract, essential for handing over the keys.

CANCELLATION
For cancellations more than 30 days before the date of entry, 70% of the money paid will be refunded. For cancellations more than 15 days in advance, 50% of the money paid will be refunded. There will be no refund of any amount for cancellations with less than 15 days.
Lodging Deposit: Compulsory : 150.00€ per stay
Final cleaning: Compulsory : 50.00€
Visitor's tax (adult): To be paid on site according to current rates
