A nice, semi-private space on the main floor with games for the kids of all ages AND a TV with basic cable and Roku streaming (available). A half-bath is located in this same space (for quick game breaks).

Also located on the main level equipped with a washer and dryer, 2 steamers.
Upstairs:
At the top of the stairs is nice landing area designed for a late night area to read a book or listen to some music.
Located on this level are 3 separate/private bedrooms with a queen bed and plenty of closet space.
A full-sized bathroom with dual sinks and bath and tub combination is available for all upstairs guests.
Outdoor space:
Mountain views and sunsets are highlighted by a heated pebble tech pool. The outdoor space is an entertainment delight with a covered flagstone patio with outdoor seating (ceiling fan and TV) also features a built-in BBQ w/counter and a firepit and seating for late night smores. Challenge your family and friends to corn hole match.
