IMPORTANT: We want to bring to your attention that there is currently an excavation on the left side of the property's backyard due to a house development project that is on hold. However, we assure you that guests can still enjoy access to the lake and all other areas of the backyard, with the exception of the left side.

➤ Please note that there will be an excavation in the backyard starting October 31st until further notice. Entire property is available for use, all areas of the backyard are accessible except for the section to the left where the pool is currently under construction.
➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
-Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ The guest will have access to the entire property. Please, make yourself at home. Available two (2) parking spaces on the driveway for guests to use. Free street parking in the Cul de sac as long as no driveway or trash/recycle pick up is obstructed.

Arrowhead Lakes is a lovely, quiet neighborhood nestled among Thunderbird Mountain preserve with nearby hiking trails. This upscale neighborhood is close to everything via the 101 freeway with plenty of shopping, restaurants and golf courses nearby.
A car is necessary to get around; there is also Lyft and Uber available.
➤ Garage is not permitted as it is used as a private storage locker.
➤ Please close the hot tub cover when not in use. Please clean the BBQ grill after use when it is hot.
➤ Indoor fireplace is not available to be use. Guests can only use the outdoor firepit.
➤ Pontoon cover is available for guests to use.
➤ Security camera in front of the house main door entrance is ON and is actively recording video for security purposes.
➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiringrepairs.
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony, fire pit area, patio, and BBQ area. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
