Off the beaten path, you can escape for a long weekend or full week at this secluded home nestled amongst the trees. Travel up the side of the mountain to find Walker's Mountain Property at the peak. This home offers spectacular views for a relaxing getaway or family vacation. Whether you are enjoying the great outdoors or the amenities inside the home, the wildlife surrounds you. There are several impressive mounts located within the home from the great outdoors around the world. (Please look, but do not touch.)
The lower level of the home offers a small living area with a bar for entertaining along with a mini fridge and additional high top tables for gathering. The laundry room is just off of the bar area. Down the hall you'll find three bedrooms with the first bedroom offering a set of bunk beds. The second and third bedrooms also have a set of bunks with a full size bed on the bottom. This level has a full bathroom with a shower only.
Coming up to the main level of the home you'll find an open concept gathering area. In the living room there's a television (no cable), Amazon Firesticks for streaming and an Xbox 360. The full kitchen boasts new appliances and a bar with bar stools to enjoy a quick breakfast. The dining room seats six with more chairs for additional seating. The skylights above allow you to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Also located on the main level are two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with a full size bed. A full bathroom with a shower only completes this level.
On the upper level enjoy a master bedroom with a queen size bed plus a workout area with lifting equipment and a treadmill. A master bathroom connects and offers a Jacuzzi tub with separate shower. To finish off the upper level, there is a work area with a desk in case the work can't wait.
Ready to explore? The open deck allows you to have a fresh breeze and enjoy the view. There are several trails throughout the woods, and one leading to the pond. If you plan to fish, please catch and release. There is a propane grill for your use, and an outdoor fire pit to enjoy s'mores.
Walker's Mountain sleeps up to twelve. This is a non-smoking cabin. Pets are not permitted. Wifi is available at Walker's Mountain, but cannot be guaranteed. Four wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended to obtain access to the house; especially during the Fall, Winter and Spring months.
