Near Mother's Beach, golf course and KBIA. The home is DIRECTLY ON THE DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN - about 75 feet from the water and no road between the back porch and the beach. Nicely landscaped backyard and well-maintained flower gardens. There is air conditioning on the main floor and 3rd floor.
