In addition, close proximity to downtown Palm Springs, airport, restaurants, golf courses, museum and all Coachella Valley events and tourist attractions. THE SPACE Single family home, no garage. Private backyard with pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor dining, BBQ and cozy sitting area with fire pit. Close to grocery, clothing, sporting goods shopping, banking and several fine dinning experiences. Close proximity to the airport and greater Palm Springs. Tourist OccupancyTax 11.5 % included in daily price. City ID # 1522 in accordance with PSMC 5.25.040 (f). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Quite Hours 10:00 PM- 10:00 AM; Amplification of music outside the dwelling is a violation of the Palm Springs Municipal Code. Care must be taken to avoid loud noises or other conduct likely to disturb the neighborhood. If a complaint is received from a neighbor that any occupant is violating these provisions they may be cited or fined by the city and/or immediately evicted by the owner pursuant to state law, in addition to any other remedies available at law. - Primary Lessee must be 25 years or older; Three night minimum booking. - No smoking or vaping inside the house.
