As you enter the front door you will notice how beautifully decorated and well appointed this home is. On the first level you have a large living/ dining area with a couch that seats eight, two sitting chairs and a 65 in flat screen television. The dining table has room for eight and there is and eating bar that seats four. The kitchen is complete with all stainless appliances including a wine cooler, ice maker, gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher and a Keurig K cup maker. Off of the kitchen there is a half bath and your first of two laundry rooms. Just a few steps down the hall is the master bedroom and master bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, large couch, 45 in tv and large dresser. The master bath is situated with a double vanity sink, large walk in shower and soaking tub.
Up the stairs to the second level is where you will find the second master and three guest rooms. The second master has a king bed, large couch, two sitting chairs, large closet and a 55 in flat screen television. The master bath is situated with a single vanity sink and walk in shower. Guest room number one has a queen bed, sitting chair, small dresser and a 35 in flat screen television. The bathroom is situated with a single vanity sink and a tub/ shower combo. Guest bedroom number two is the bunk room. This bed has a full size queen on the bottom with a twin on the top, dresser and a 32 in flat screen tv. The bathroom is situated with a single vanity sink and walk in shower. Guest bedroom number three has a queen bed, dresser and a 32 in flat screen television. The bathroom has a single vanity sink and walk in shower. Also on this floor is a sitting porch that comes with a twin bed, four sitting chairs and a flat screen tv.
Back down the stairs and through the back door is your very own private pool complete with two sitting chairs with beverage table, four lounging chairs, and an outdoor shower. There is an outdoor kitchen located poolside complete with large gas grill, sink, and beverage cooler. The pool is 20' by 12' and is 3' in the shallow end and 6' in the deep end. The beach is located near by and is less than a five minute walk. This home is perfect for larger families and is less than a ten minute car ride to restaurants, museums, fishing pier, putt putt, shops and restaurants. This is sure to be a family favorite for years to come.
Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night.
