Summary: The Family Suite rooms (located in Conch House) require serious updating, especially the bathrooms, which bring you back to the 1970s Keys. The restaurants, bars, and on-site market are phenomenal; it feels like you are staying in two completely different resorts 40 years apart. The staff and overall service were also fantastic. Very friendly staff throughout the site. I would go back and stay in the updated luxury rooms without hesitation. A luxury room stay here would deserve 5 Stars. Cheers
