Your "Beach Home" is a private house ONE and 1/4 miles to Siesta Key. This is a Totally Renovated three bedroom, two bath home! It is perfect for families or couples. You have everything you need for an awesome vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, all linens and towels. Enjoy outdoor pool w/ gas bbq & dining area. We have beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards and umbrella for your use at the beach. RENTER MUST MEET MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT OF 26 YEARS AND VERY STRICT MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 6 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN AND INFANTS . NO GUESTS ALLOWED DAY OR NIGHT. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOUR GROUP IS LARGER THAN 6.
The space
Location Location Location!! We are west of Tamiami Trail in a great, quiet neighborhood. The house features three beach themed bedrooms, with three queen beds. All bedrooms have brand new 50” HD TV's, The living room features a 55 inch tv and cable package if you feel like relaxing at home. Your two full sized bathrooms are modern, beached themed . The fully equipped kitchen has a full sized fridge, full sized oven and cooktop & microwave. We have all the pots and pans and dishware you need. The house has central air and ceiling fans in every room. Right outside your back door is the pool to relax and enjoy in total privacy and bask in the sun on one of four lounge chairs. We have been told that our pool is one of the largest in the neighborhood. Patio seating for 6 with edison style string party lights and large gas grill for your use.
There is a full sized washer and dryer just off your kitchen for your use.
We are committed to making sure you enjoy your stay, and only the confirmed guests on the reservation are allowed to access the property.
We are happy to give you advice on dining and fun activities to do. This is our favorite city in Florida and hope you enjoy the many things to do as much as us. Walk to nearby park with playground and wonderful farmers market with fresh fish, food trucks, live music, fresh fruits and vegetables, local hand made items. Farmers market Oct-April. The neighborhood is perfect for a morning stroll to the bay for dolphin and bird watching . There is an amazing Thai restaurant , bakery, coffee shop, bbq, pizza , convenience store all within walking distance from the house .
Other things to note
We are just a mile and 1/4 from Siesta key (just rated #1 Beach in America) where you can access three amazing beaches . While each one of our beaches- Turtle, Crescent and the Main Beach- offers a slightly different experience, they all share the same gorgeous waters, breathtaking sunsets, relaxing gulf breeze and playful dolphins
Whether you are looking to relax or have fun in the sun, Siesta is the perfect choice. You can rent paddle boards or kayak, ride bikes, go boating or fishing, swimming or snorkeling, . We are very close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, boat and bike rentals and all watersports. We do not allow outside guests at anytime day or night during this rental. Please plan gatherings at the nearby park, beach or restaurant.
The main beach on Siesta offers free public tennis & volleyball courts as well as a shaded playground & picnic area. There are also several concession stands where you can grab a snack and a cool drink. There is also a brand new free shuttle service on Siesta Key that takes you to the Village area where you will find many restaurants, nightlife and shopping.
We do have outside video cameras on the front of the house and side facing the street .
