Hampton Bays Rental – Turn of the Century Victorian Farmhouse. Completely renovated. History and charm with every modern convenience. Prefer long-term monthly rentals, 3 weeks, 2 weeks & then 1 week. Long-term to One-week minimum (7-night minimum).
This is a restored & renovated home in the Hamlet of Hampton Bays. Entertain family and friends on the first day in your fully furnished home.
We prefer to rent long term. July and August Monthly rental rates at $500 per night. 2 weeks at $525 per night - weekly rentals start at $4000. We have a 7-night minimum when requesting to book during the peak summer months. September / October rental is $450 - 500 per night.

Gas grill / Flat screen TV/cable / wireless internet / Apple TV…all modern conveniences.
Beach Chairs, umbrellas, and Beach towels are provided.
No group summer rentals, only couples, small families, quiet, respectful, non-smokers. Treat the home as if it was yours.
We have many repeat renters who pay us directly with a rental agreement and deposit ~ with that said VRBO does not allow a review if not paid directly through the VRBO website.
RENTER Review - AUGUST 2020 - 5 weeks:
This charming Victorian lived up to all of my expectations. Every time I pulled up I could not believe we had the good fortune to spend five weeks there. The home is lovely and I couldn't have felt more at home. It has so many charming details but is up to date where need be (e.g the gorgeous modern gourmet kitchen), and was outfitted with anything and everything one would need for a great stay. The wraparound porch was by far my favorite part of the house but a very close second is the amazing outdoor shower, it takes you away! And of course, the owners are so gracious, attentive, and responsive to any inquiry or request a renter may have. I highly recommend renting this home.

Our home has a lot of charm. All of our previous renters (for the past 12 years) have loved it and we have great reviews; however, we did want to make you aware of the following as you make your decision to rent a home.
The home features 3 bedrooms on the second floor with 2 full bathrooms located on the main floor as well as a private outdoor shower. If having to go downstairs to use the bathroom at night is a concern - this is not the house for you.
The house is set back and located on a corner, 1/2 acre property with a long privet hedge & trees surrounding the property. The corner has a 4 way stop sign.
We enjoy the home as our own for 6 months a year so it is well-equipped with everything in working order. We are always doing home improvement projects to ensure our home is well maintained.
I wanted to let you know this in case it's an important factor in your decision.
