Summary: The hotel needs a major refresh. We booked a King Room through hotels.com and we got a Queen Suite. They couldn't accommodate the King for us. They told us it was the error of Hotels.com. The manager was very kind and understanding, he said he'd contact Hotels.com and tell them what happened. He said we should get a refund. Nothing yet. Parking is very limited.
