Pool heat is included but not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperatures.
All ages will enjoy the fantastic, imaginative game room which is furnished with a sit down MARIO KART driving machine, Skeeball, 2021 “Golden Tee” arcade, a two person 80's arcade with all your favorite classics, a bar-style dart machine, shuffleboard, ping pong table and a Corvette couch!
This impeccable, almost 5,000 sq. ft. family home, features luxury touches throughout. There is plenty of room to relax with all smart TV's, cable and high speed internet, or challenge your friends to a game of cards on the wine barrel poker table. Be your own chef in the gourmet kitchen, with its huge island, two sinks, two dishwashers, subzero, double oven, 6 burner plus griddle gas cooktop, and microwave drawer. Humming birds, plentiful native plants, and roadrunner families will greet you at the breakfast table out the large ribbon windows.
This stylish, sleek home, with southwest flair boasts both panoramic views and breathtaking sunsets, from every room. There is a master suite on each level plus a detached Casita that has a kitchenette, kiva fireplace, full bathroom and all only steps from the pool. Upstairs is also two Jack-n-Jill bedrooms (with their own vanities) plus another bedroom with a desk overlooking the backyard and a queen adult bunkbed.
Centrally located in the heart of Phoenix, you will be only minutes to the airport, shopping, dining, golf, casinos, nightlife and all parts of the valley, PLUS only an eight minute walk to the trailheads at Piestawa Peak!

Please note: By law this house may NOT be used for Parties or Events or Large Gatherings. No loud music or parties are allowed and guest will be removed without refunds and reported to reservation websites and police.
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard
*No pets allowed
*Additional Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
*Pool or spa heat is optional and an additional $150+tax daily. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
*Pool waterfall Feature is not available until further notice.
* Home equipped with guest occupancy monitoring device.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
*Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store.
