Summary: The hotel itself was good. Real comfy beds. They just got done or are in the process of a remodel. I got an unfinished room. No light fixtures. The worst part of my stay was the customer service. Wheni checked in I needed to pay a deposit , which is fine, but when asked if i wanted to pay cash or card i said cash, went to the atm in the lobby and when i got back the person ran my card anyway. What was the purpose of asking me if you were just going to use my cars. So now i have to wait 2-7 business days for my deposit back. Then they didnt have any towels when i needed fresh ones. And i had to take out my own trash. And this place is pet friendly which is great, but my room smelled like an old dirty dog. With dog hair all over the floor. Foor the staff, for you to be in the hospitality field, yall dont show it. They only care about getting money. The only staff there that was absolutely outgoing were the house keepers.

Summary: Had to ask for more towels, only 2 towels in room for 6 people. Had 2 beds one bed had a comforter the other did not. When we went to ask for one at 9/10 at night and was told that the morning people had not washed them and they had just started to wash them then. Went to try to eat breakfast all they had to offer was bread, bagels, cereal or waffles. Not a very good choice for a Breakfest. First hotel we have stayed in that charged a deposit on a credit card upon check in along with the motel charge and now we have to wait at least 4-5 days for that charge to be refunded.

Summary: The stay here waa short but I was not impressed they have no ice machine, no house keeping when I went thursday. The room had a funky smell and they only have one luggage carrier and they require a 100 dollar deposit that is not listed in hotels.com website and the money takes a few days to get back. My stay was ok but the hotel was mid.

Summary: Nice & Easy.
Although they have a fee at check in that is not listed in the initial booking.
I would have preferred to beware of that prior to but it was too late after I got there.
Everything was smooth & you get the fee back some days later.

Summary: My granddaughter’s lived the roominess of the room. I thought it was clean and beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that thete was only 1 trash can and that was in the bathroom. There needs to be othets for food etc. Otjer than that great experience

Summary: I booked a suite with kitchenette. There are no plates, pans, utensils or anything provided to even use the kitchen. There’s also a coffee pot but no coffee or filters available in the room or from the desk. Breakfast service wasn’t available either and I had to door dash coffee every morning and for food delivery. What’s the point in having a full kitchen you can’t use or coffee pot you can’t use!! The hotel itself was clean and staff were decent but I was extremely frustrated with lack of amenities available compared to what I booked. I went over budget having to accommodate for what was lacking.
