Heal's Eddy is a fully restored historic home originally built by Captain Todd - a true sea captain with vison and wealth to build his private home on a bay looking out at Pond Light lighthouse.
On the bay you’ll find semi-private beaches, perfect for swimming, fishing, and launching kayaks to explore the hidden coves around the point! In the house is a ping pong table, and for those who appreciate a bigger game, across the street is a community tennis court – open from dawn until dusk.
Georgetown is home to plenty of local attractions. Reid State Park is only a few minutes away and offers a unique beach day for you and your family. If you want the best, freshest lobster in Maine, you only need to travel a few miles down the road to Five Islands Wharf - be sure to get an order of their hand cut onion rings too!
