This beautiful home features 3 Bedrooms, 1 King Bed in the Main Bedroom, and lush queen sized beds in both guest rooms. This property has recently remodeled Mid Century Modern-inspired bathrooms. This home also has a great outdoor space with a Pool, Spa, Outdoor Seating, Covered Outdoor Dining Area, and a Fire Pit.
Folding high-chair and Pack ’n Play/travel crib available on request. Let us know if you need one and we will have it delivered after check-in.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home (except the garage) and the driveway to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener and pool man, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
The Neighborhood:
The Palm Springs community is a vibrant place to enjoy all that the area has to offer. There is a great downtown area, full of restaurants and shopping, and the city of Palm Springs is investing heavily to become a top tier destination for travelers.
The El Mirador neighborhood within Palm Springs is centrally located so that you can explore downtown very easily. This is a family friendly neighborhood, yet still is in close proximity to the nightlife and restaurant scene downtown. This neighborhood was first developed in the 1920s by P.T. Stevens who built the El Mirador Hotel.
Getting Around:
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.
The home is a 30 minute walk to downtown. Mornings and evenings are a beautiful time to stroll to downtown.
If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.
This property has a private pool/spa that can be heated during your stay. The nightly rate for this option is $100 to heat to a standard temperature of 82 degrees. It is an additional $30/day to heat to 85 degrees and an additional $75/day to heat to 90 degrees. The spa can be heated alone for a rate of $50 per day to heat to a standard temperature of 100 degrees. Minimum 2 nights of heating required. This is billed separately and must be confirmed and paid prior to arrival. Please let us know at the time of booking if you choose this option. *Minimum 2-days of heat required
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet plus tax. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet plus tax. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
