With a huge front yard, multiple views of downtown, and an infinity edge pool with a hot tub, this is a lush oasis just steps from everything downtown has to offer. The home can sleep 12 people, and it's perfectly set up for entertaining guests, with a private guest suite and a container tiny home (both units have their own private entrance and full kitchen and bath). Pet-Friendly too!
The Space:
Built out of ICF blocks, the walls are breathable, non-toxic, fireproof, and capable of standing up to a 200mph straight line wind. The modern architecture brings in loads of natural light and highlights the downtown skyline and the large trees surrounding the property. With a guest suite, complete with full kitchen and bath, as well as a container tiny home (also compete with kitchen and bath), it's perfectly set up for entertaining guests (without sacrificing privacy, as both units have their own private entrance). The house is partially wrapped in a reclaimed hardwood rainscreen, built from recycled Brazilian hardwood pallets, and the energy bills are supplemented by 55 solar panels on the roof. The property also has 5600 gallons of rainwater catchment, which can be used to water the lawn in the summer. This house is located on one of the only cul-de-sacs in the Zilker neighborhood, making traffic almost nonexistent. Plus, it's pet-friendly!
