Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. our property is currently under renovation. work will be done during the hours of 9:00 am - 08:00 pm. the hotel offers complementary transportation to terminal 2, leaving the hotel every hour on the hour, this service is subject to availability and must be reserved in advance at the time of your arrival, (the hotel does not have transportation from terminal 2 to the hotel but, the airport offers free transportation between terminal by skytrain from 5:00am until 11:00 pm)
