The Space:
Welcome to your dream vacation home in the heart of beautiful Kentucky! This beautiful oasis is the ultimate escape for your NKY adventure. Whip up a feast in the gorgeous kitchen, relax in the jet tub in the luxurious primary bathroom, or take a dip in the sparkling pool. Need to get some work done? Our cozy office area has got you covered. With laundry facilities and a stunning backyard, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The primary bedroom suite, living room, office, kitchen, and dining room are on the first floor. The other bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second floor, up the historic stairs through the dining room (note: the steps are steep and may be difficult for children, elders, or those with mobility issues.)
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. Access is by door code. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
The Neighborhood:
You'll find yourself in a quiet and charming neighborhood. The area boasts a mix of beautiful modern homes and traditional houses with large yards and mature trees. Just a short drive away, you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Come experience the warmth and tranquility of this lovely Kentucky neighborhood for yourself. As always, we appreciate respect being shown for the neighbors and their property, privacy, and general peace and quiet.
If you're looking for some time outdoors we recommend Boone County Arboretum/Central Park, which is minutes away and has beautiful walking paths, fully enclosed playground, and ball fields!

Since this is a rural area, and access to public transportation is limited, private cars or rental vehicles are ideal for getting around.
