Recently renovated private house, this space is completely your own. Both bedrooms have full closets. There is a full bathroom in the hall between the kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range and everything you should need.
One room has a king size bed, with an ensuite half bath. The other bedroom has two queen sized beds.
Spacious living room has a very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa.
We have a keyless entry system that allows you have enter and exit at anytime without the need of sharing a key!
We will not be at the property but are local and available at any time!
East Nashville is a vibrant, diverse neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, parks, small shops, venues, and coffee shops. Our house is within walking distance to several and also walking distance to a grocery store for you to easily and affordably stock up for your stay! East Nashville has sidewalks, is family friendly, is close to downtown, and has a wonderful, supportive community. It is a very unique part of Nashville. You'll love walking through our neighborhood and seeing many beautiful historic homes.
You can easily get by without a car if you want to stay within the Nashville area. We highly recommend using Uber or Lyft. These are two apps that you can download right to your smart phone and request a ride within minutes.
We also have a great bus system if you choose to ride the bus. The nearest bus stop is located only 220 ft. (1 min. walk) from the house. You can download the Nashville MTA Maps and Schedule online to see fares and routes to better plan your stay.
