This neighborhood has lovely long time residents who are friendly and so proud of their neighborhood. This is an uber dog friendly neighborhood. You are a short .5 mile stroll to downtown, 1-2 blocks to waterfront parks and harbors, 1 house from a playground. Fireworks at Yankee Homecoming are first rate and visible from the street. You’ll sleep well on this quiet side street far from traffic sounds, but close to everything!
Getting Around:
Newburyport has several parking lots close to everything downtown and a parking garage. This home is close enough to walk to everything at .5 miles. There’s a parking lot located 1 block away for your overflow parking needs or in times of heavy snow.
