Approximately 2.2 miles to Churchill Downs in one direction and 1.4 miles from Fourth Street Live in the other direction. The 1st floor eat-in kitchen is complete with all you need to cook with; coffee maker; complimentary coffee & tea; and grilling utensils. It opens up to a huge, privacy fenced back yard.
