Xungla Cancun is a perfect place to rest located in the centre of Cancun. We offer private and shared rooms with all the necessary amenities to spend a few nights near the most beautiful beaches of the Mexican Caribbean, all our rooms have air conditioning and fan. We have bathrooms and showers on all floors, guest kitchen, several living rooms, work area, patio and terrace from where you can see the sunset and the park in front.
Our strategic location provides our guests with an unrivalled experience. Just a 15 minute walk away, you will find the ADO bus station, making it easy for you to get around. Also, just 7 minutes away from us, several supermarkets offer convenience for your daily needs. If you are looking to explore the Hotel Zone and beaches, the R2 bus stop is just 3 blocks away. For culture lovers, there is an exhibition hall 100 metres away that invites you to immerse yourself in local art. And if you prefer to enjoy nature and local food, the charming Las Palapas Park is less than a 5-minute walk away, providing an evening recreational space.

Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
