Cancellation policy: Strict Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Non Refundable rates: A pre-payment of the 100% of the total booking amount is required.

- We do only accept guests from 18 to 35 years old. INE or Passport required. No exceptions.
- We require a security deposit of $500MXN. Will be refunded after your check out.
- Booking for another person is not allowed.
- You must provide a WhatsApp number at the moment of you booking and contact our WhatsApp concierge immediately after your booking to do your pre check in process. If not, the booking could be canceled.
- No reception/front desk. We only receive guest with confirmed and paid bookings.
- No curfew.
- No pets allowed.
- No visitors allowed.
- We do not offer: Any kitchen facilities, microwave, breakfast, drinking water, laundry, hair dryer, iron, luggage storage, early or late check ins.
