Welcome to LIPAs Cottage in a private amenity filled community.
This 3bdr, 2.5 bath cottage is located within the gates of the Arrowhead Lake Community in the Pocono Mountains. Within minutes of the cottage you will find 2 lakes with 4 beaches, 3 pools, 8 playgrounds, and a community lodge. We are also within 10-30 minutes of Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Kalahari, Camelback, Pocono Raceway and Mt Airy Casino.
Bring your sense of adventure or settle in for a quiet get away and recharge your soul.
We are conveniently located just two blocks from Choctaw pool. It has a small playground, picnic tables, grills, restrooms and a concession stand. It’s a great place to pass the time if you arrive earlier than the 4:00pm check-in time.
Enjoy the unique flare and character of each space at this modern cottage. As you walk in you will be mesmerized by the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Enjoy our fully equipped game room with pool table, foosball table and card table. Watch movies in our movie room with the 65" TV on our family sized sofa. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated with unique themes to spark different interests, that we hope will have you coming back again and again regardless of the season.

Dog Friendly Accommodations begins March 1, 2022
Please note the following house rules:
1) Registration with the community is required and must be received two business days prior to the stay or an additional fee will be incurred. Additional information will follow your booking.
2) Check in time to the community is anytime on your arrival date, and to the home is 4pm. The home will be accessed via smart lock
3) Check out time is 11am on the day of your departure.
4) Garbage and recycling must be removed and disposed of at the waste center at time of your departure. If Garbage is not removed, a $25 service fee will be applied, and a rate of $3 per bag. If you know in advance that is your preference, please let us know ASAP.
5) No parties or events allowed
6) Dogs only beginning March 1, 2022
7) No Snowboards/ Skis/ Sleds in the house.
8) Please refrain from loud noises after 10PM and be courteous of the neighbors and community.
9) Please do not completely turn off the heat or well pump or disconnect the TV or WIFI at any time.
10) The owner’s closets and the garage are off limits to guest. They are to remain locked for the entire stay
11) If pool towels are used please wash them and return to the basket under the sink in the master bathroom.
12) Please return the cooler in the condition you received it in
13) Opened food products should be disposed of
14) Please make sure no food garbage is left outside, and grill is cleaned and covered after use - Bears will come and feast otherwise!
15) No Fireworks
16) No use of firepit after midnight under any circumstances (town ordinance)
17) Renter is responsible for maintaining firepit under use, supervising for safe use, and extinguishing fully. We do not supply firewood.
18) No Smoking inside the home.
19) If you plan to have visitors, please let us know as we will need to provide approval to community
20) Do not engage in Illegal activities on the property
21) No shoes in the home
Pet Rules:
-Dogs only no other animals allowed
-Two dogs per stay
-Small and medium size dogs only (Cap 40lbs)
-Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture
-Must pick up after your dog inside and outside the home
-All dogs must be leashed when outside the home
- Must be crated when left alone in the home
