This chalet sleeps up to 13 (adults, children and infants), and 2 dogs. We also have another listing just up the street, about 2 minutes away, that sleeps up to 16 additional guests. Larger groups—up to 29 people—are welcome to reach out and book both homes together.

Guests must either opt in for a $45 non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company, OR authorize a refundable temporary $500 security deposit hold–not a traditional security deposit, not an actual charge, released if no damage/excessive cleaning!
The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
