Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The staff of the hotel are attentive, kind and truly loving I really enjoyed interacting with Ara and the others. Location is a very easy walk to any of the pyramids as well as town and many food options. Water bottles are given in the room and available if more is needed. There is a restaurant and you get a discount on the breakfast buffet which is great! My breakfast was $150 pesos most days (incredible!)

Negative: SO LOUD, there was a bar attached to the property that plays music til 3am Friday and Saturday and around midnight in Sunday. I was given a different room, however my room was in front of a bright light all night so I could not get natural light, there was also a funny smell if I opened the windows, my door lock was broken, bugs occasionally crawled under the door, and more. Beautiful yet rustic accommodations. bring EARPLUGS.
