Our property is very unique with great views. Located in North Phoenix. Just minutes to Mayo Clinic, golfing, North Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson Auction, horse shows and the Waste Management Open. Perfect home for groups here for Spring Training! Close to hiking and biking trails.
Walking distance to large shopping center with Costco, coffee shop and cute bars/restaurants and dive bar.
3 bedrooms total. The home offers 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There is also a den with a full size bed but does not have a bathroom. There is a half bathroom with toilet in the hallway so anyone staying in the den will need to use the showers in one of the main bedrooms.
There is one couch in the living room, along with a small and cozy reading nook (can sleep a small person).
Three outdoor patios to sit and enjoy the weather. One wood burning fireplace on the patio.
Desert landscape and gets VERY dark at night. Exterior lighting is limited.

This house is located on top of a small hill, there’s a short walk between your car and getting up the hill to the front door. You must walk upstairs in order to access the home.
There is chainlink fencing around the property, but small dogs can get beneath the fence. Please keep all dogs leashed when outdoors. Access to the property is through a chain link gate that is manually opened and shut. If bringing pets, please be sure to shut the gate behind you! Always clean up after your pets. Do not allow them on furniture.
The home is situated up on a hill, but is very near a busy street. There is road noise when sitting outside or with windows open.
