THE HOUSE: An open-concept house the kitchen, dining area, and living room are just steps from thewaterfront. The kitchen is fully-equipped to create delicious meals for the family.The living room is has a TV andwith a wet bar and large sliding glass doors andwindows overlooking Ebenecock Harbor, Southport Island, and Isle of Springs.There is an office with a desk if you need to work. The screenporch provides a peaceful place to enjoy the beautiful gardens, woods, and waterfront.
First Floor:Features thekitchen, open concept dining and living room, washer/dryer, office, half bath, and screenporch, as well as sliding glass doors that lead into the backyard.
Second Floor:Walk upstairs and you'll find three of the four bedrooms -- two bedrooms have a queen bed and private bathrooms with tub/shower, while the third bedroomshares the bathroom with shower just down the hall. The family room has a large TV, ping pong, and Foose ball tables.There is a second washer/dryer set in the hallway as well.
Third Floor:1 bedroom with 2 twin size beds and a separate sitting room, that sharesthe bathroom on the second floor at the foot of the stairs.

Private Dock & Float in a protected cove- Dock and float are in the mud at low tide.It is a tidal dock (mudflats 2 hours before or after low tide). Dock can accommodate a flat bottom boat (15 feet or less).
