Sitting in the heart of Vancouver just a short drive from the waterfront, this fantastic retreat is perfect for a small group or family. Every bit of the furnishing and décor was procured to create the perfect blend of style and comfort.
Upon entering you are greeted with a cozy living space. Connected on one side is the kitchen with its eat in dining room and on the other two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The entire floor is bathed in natural light making it a comfortable at all times.
Descending to the lower level is a warm carpeted space with an additional plush seating area for some high speed streaming on the big screen LED. Just off this room is the third bedroom. The second full bathroom and laundry facilities are here as well.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
The backyard is comfortable and quiet. There is a detached ADU in the back that at times has a guest so it isn't entirely private to your group but they will be completely respectful of the space for your stay.
