Summary: The size of the room was amazing! I felt like we rented an apartment for the night. We had to call to get sheets etc for the pull out couch and the girl who brought them wasn't very friendly. The king sized bed was NOT comfy, I didn't sleep much at all. The chase lounge was very comfy to sit in. The bathroom was good sized and so was the kitchen. Aside from the 1 cup coffee maker, toilet paper, tissues, towels and shampoo etc. there was nothing else for extra items. Nothing in the cupboards, drawers or closets. There were two closets, but only a few hangers in 1 and mine and our daughter's dresses were dragging on the floor. We even had 2 doors to go in and out of.
The room could've used some upgrades. The carpet and upholstery on the furniture was worn and or had stains on them.
The man at the front desk that checked us in was very friendly and seemed to like his job.
Overall it was a decent stay, it would have been 4 star all around if the bed had been comfy. The rest was an ok trade off for the size of the room.

Summary: Work is being done here,Hospitality was nice…our room was supposed to have 2 queen beds but had 2 double beds instead…hot tub was not hot upon arrival but told desk in morning and was fixed next day…breakfast was good…close to Downtown Portland..seems like the hotel itself is in a change over process….

Summary: The hotel is ok. The rooms are comfortable and the staff was congenial. The breakfast needs an update. No grab and go fresh fruit, the hot offerings left much to be desired and no flavored creamer option. And they were running out of creamer.

Summary: It's a good average hotel with some decent amenities.Clean but dated.Rug was a little musty.The staff made it spectacular.All were nice,helpful and for that alone,I'd stay again.
