This spacious 2-story, 3BR/2.5BA home features an open floor plan, screened-in patio, and a large fenced backyard with a fire pit—perfect for relaxing under the stars. Sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably and is pet-friendly, so bring your furry friends along. Conveniently located just outside of Historic Charleston and a short drive to both Folly Beach and Kiawah, you’ll enjoy the best of Lowcountry living in a peaceful setting.
Our spacious 2-story home has sleeping arrangements with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. Each bedroom includes a closet with shelving and hanging storage.
We provide towels and extra linens, including additional sheets, throw blankets, and pillows, for your comfort. A hair dryer is available in the primary suite bathroom. You’ll also find blankets and sheets in the laundry closet closet that can be used to cover furniture if your dogs will be joining you on the couches.
To help limit carpet wear and tear, we kindly request that dogs remain on the first floor—a gate is provided for your convenience.
For your convenience, an initial supply of essentials is provided: paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets.
Dogs are permitted but must be included in the reservation. Additional pet fee will apply if no prior notice of pet.
No smoking permitted. $500 fee will be applied if there is smoking on premises.
