Located in the sleepy town of Grand Beach, we welcome you to Erich Lane House! This five bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home is impeccably appointed both inside and out. Your group will love the outdoor heated pool (open May 01-October 01) with plenty of outdoor decking to soak up the sun! Cook your next meal on your gas grill or roast s'mores under the stars with your wood burning firepit. If that wasn't enough you also have access to their private tennis court, basketball hoop, and soccer court! Lots of fun for everyone!
The inside of Erich Lane House does not disappoint either. Lots of light throughout and places to relax. Family room with big screen TV perfect for lounging. Cozy up to the fire on those cool spring/fall evenings. Have your morning coffee while listening to nature's sounds in your screened-in porch. Amazing chef's kitchen is fully stocked and waiting for your next great meal. Dining area for eight with an additional table for six more. Kitchen island also has seating for four. Two beautiful bedrooms on main floor both with their own full bathrooms. Laundry room and half bath on main floor too.
The second floor has three bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the second with four twin beds (trundles), and the third bedroom with two twins and a queen pull out. The third bedroom is also perfect for the kids with TV and places to sit. Jack and Jill full bathroom on second floor too.
