The Space:
It is a beautiful place to relax, enjoy the view, as well as the silence and the soothing sound of the waves. The condo is an "open concept", in which from the kitchen and living room you can enjoy the sea, but, if desired, sliding doors can also be closed, leaving the room and the kitchen closed. The living room is 2 sofa beds, in which 2 more adults can sleep, and, with the doors closed, you can use the air conditioning for this place ... From the pool, which is located on the roof garden, you have a 360 degree panoramic view, from where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets.
The condo has an elevator.
Guest Access:
Upon arrival, you will be given a small instruction manual for the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc as well as some additional notes.
The pool is a common area, but exclusive to the building. Access to the beach is by elevator to the first floor of the building, then down stairs.
The Neighborhood:
The location is excellent, since going out to the street, there are several restaurants, as well as going out to the beach, and, you can walk for 15 minutes along the walkway to the center, where there are also many restaurants and stores.
Getting Around:
Walking down from the condo to the beach, you will find a scenic walkway that takes you to downtown Zihuatanejo, which is a great attraction as you can enjoy the sand, the sea, and a myriad of restaurants.
