Located within Caboquerón Resort, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse offers comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests, a rooftop terrace, access to a shared pool, basketball and tennis courts, and a prime location just minutes from Boquerón's famous beaches, restaurants, the iconic Polado, and nightlife.
This multi-level townhouse features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with TV, dining area, private balcony, three bedrooms with queen beds, and a rooftop space perfect for enjoying the tropical breeze. The property includes two assigned parking spaces and is fully air-conditioned throughout.
LIVING AREA
Enter La Villita de Panchi through the first floor, where you'll find an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features comfortable seating and a Smart TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
