Main level master bedroom is a king with full bathroom and tv and the other room is a queen and full bathroom in the hallway. Large entertainment area and dining overlooking the lake and large deck and screened in porch over looking the lake on both levels.
There is a loft with toys and several single beds and then the lower level has a large entertainment room and one room is a queen bedroom and the other is oversized bunks two sets of bunks and large full bathroom. Main level large entertainment room and dining table seats 10. Two large refrigerators with freezers and one has an ice maker and small beverage refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser, gas stove, Keurig and regular coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, every pot and pan and utensil, Weber grill on deck. Fire pit overlooking the lake at the top of the hill. There is a rack on the beach with three kayaks and paddle board. Dock has lounge chairs on both levels as well as the beach.Dock is two stories with full electric and lounge chairs on both levels and beach has lounge chairs. Beach walks out slowly to deeper water and there is a boat ramp and all trailers must park inside my fence line on my property. The ramp is private and have a code to ramp and give the day of check in. Jet skis need to tie up on the beach. All trailers need to park at first entrance on my property inside the fence. Boat has life vests all sizes, rafts, surf boards, noodles and more.
There are two parking spaces at the main entrance and also a circular driveway. All trailers need to park at the first entrance at all times not in the main driveway. Boat lift if you use please make sure you lift when leaving do not leave in the water
