Lake James with a direct view of the lower basin north across to Potawatamie Inn, Pokagon State Park and the Lake James sandbar. Cottage has 31' of frontage and a dock on crystal clear glacier carved Lake James. Bring a boat or two with space on both sides of the dock for skiing or fishing boats. This place has a nice pea gravel beach with gentle slope and no drop off till way out. We have 2 ride on kayaks for the adventurous people. This is a quiet cottage, 1 minute from the highway and 5 minutes to the grocery. Beautiful shore patio with fire pit. One small bedroom sleeps 2, pull out couch sleeps 2, loft comfortably sleeps 3 kids or teens. Washer Dryer in unit. Bath and bed linens provided. FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTAL DURING SUMMER MONTHS. We will be having guests check in on Fridays at 3pm and check out at 10am on Fridays. This is necessary because of lack of cleaning crews. We cannot deviate from this weekly schedule until after after summer season. We will then allow daily and weekend rentals for events like Trine football. This is not an instant booking property.
