Stroll down the beautifully crafted stone steps to your deep-water covered boathouse, boasting a water depth of ~10 feet, an electric boat lift, two electric jet ski lifts, a spacious sun deck, a covered entertainment area, and a storage room with a roll-up window.
Inside, the home features over 2,000 square feet of living space, including 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, all with stunning lake views. The family room, with its brick wood-burning fireplace, opens to the dining area and a cozy sunroom—perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying TV while overlooking the lake. The spacious kitchen includes a bay window, plenty of countertop space, and a center island. Use the High Speed Internet and free Wi-Fi network to stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The lakeside primary bedroom suite offers his and her closets, a large vanity, a tiled shower, and direct access to the deck. After a day on the water, gather around the fire pit to roast s'mores with family and friends.

During your stay you can use the Both Waters community amenities including a beach, boat ramps, pavilion, and picnic tables.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay.
