Newly purchased lakefront log cabin with 300 + ft of private lakefront and 4 acres of wooded land. Located at the end of a private family road with no through traffic and a large open parking area for play. Safe for small children.
Two bedroom log cabin with 1 and 1/2 baths. Fully equipped kitchen with a large living room that includes a working fireplace. Deck at waters edge that also includes a gas grill. The master bedroom has a half bath and the second bedroom has a full hallway bath with new walk in shower. One queen bed in the master bedroom and one double plus one twin in the second bedroom.
Newly refinished hardwood floors and comfortable furniture throughout. There is also a basement where there is a full size washer/dryer for use by renters.
Large new dock with excellent swimming from the dock including cleats to tie down boats. Also included in the rental are the use of 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board and 1 canoe.
All linens and towels are included with the rental at no additional charge. The owner will launder all linens and towels after guest departure. Normal cleaning is also included at no additional costs. Additional cleaning charges may be applied if the cottage and property are not left in reasonable condition.
As a new purchase, the cottage is currently undergoing various project improvements and additional in order to be ready for late spring rentals in 2019. Current pictures are included in this listing and new updated pictures and descriptions will be added as projects are completed.
Spring and Fall weekly rental discount is available. Spring and Fall nightly rate is $215.00 per night plus tax and refundable security deposit. The Spring and Fall weekly rate is $1,355.00 (a discount of $220.00 off the weekly Peak Season Summer Rate).
