Welcome to the New York State Getaway! A beautiful home with high ceilings and large rooms, truly a unique home away from home. Spacious for family to gather with friends, yet plenty of privacy in the bedrooms. With space for up to 8 guests, the house features beautiful polished floorboards, large open plan living, an impressive kitchen with stainless steel appliances and is conveniently located 5-10 minutes drive to the Airport.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2:
✦ This is unit #1 (entire house) and it has a separate entrance from unit #2.
✦ Unit #2 has a separate entrance and it is beside and occupied by another guest most of the time so we encourage to please keep the noise level down after 12am and turn the lights off when they are not in use.
✦ Unit 2 is located in at the back of the house facing the backyard.
BASEMENT:
✦ The basement is not accessible to guests. The only access that guests have is the other unit which has three bedrooms, one bathroom, one family room, one living room, one dining room and a kitchen.
SUPPLIES:
✦ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days.
PARKING:
✦ There is a C driveway wherein you may use the right side, it can accommodate two (2) cars. Please make sure not to block the GARAGE DOOR.
TRASH:
✦ The trash day is Monday morning and you need to put the trash on the side of the property.
INTERNET:
✦ We provide high-speed WiFi internet access and our service provider is Verizon.
✦ WiFi router is in the family room. To reset, you may unplug it and then plug it.
THERMOSTAT:
✦ It is located in the dining and family room.
CIRCUIT BREAKER:
✦ It is located in the national grid.
SAFETY:
✦ Smoke detector, carbon monoxide detectors and fire alarms are located on family room and hallway.
